The events

The Italian Institute of Metrology - INRiM is pleased to host the 47th VAMAS Steering Committee meeting, from 18th to 21st of October 2022 at its premises, Strada delle Cacce 91, 10135 Torino, Italy. Alongside the Meeting, a Workshop on the Measurement Needs for Microplastics and the Charisma School on Raman Harmonisation will be organised.

The events are organized by the Advanced Materials Metrology and Life Sciences Division of Istituto Nazionale di Ricerca Metrologica (INRiM, Italy), the Versailles Project on Advanced Materials and Standards (VAMAS), and the Charisma EU Project on Raman Harmonisation.  Participation at the workshops is open for all VAMAS members. 

VAMAS was formed in 1982 with the mission of fostering world trade in products that depend on advanced materials though international collaborations that provide the technical basis for harmonization of measurement methods, codes of practice and standards.
